March meeting will be focused on some discussion- the upcoming primary election, ICE escalation and education updates. Then the second half will be an action meeting - letter writing, postcard writing, donation consolidation to put back into the community.

We are having a Whistle assembly this Sunday from around 2:30 - 4:30.  We are timing this to be after the International Women's Day / Stop Gender based Violence event by Women's March Rockford.  After the rally everyone is welcome for some cookies and water/coffee and the opportunity to help pack up kits.  

We are working out a more long range plan for the next month to allow for more planning.

Can't make the Rally - That is ok, any time you have is greatly appreciated.

The rally is at the Federal Courthouse about 6 blocks from the Church.

As election day nears, Congresswoman Robin Kelly will be coming back to the city of Rockford. Come out Tuesday, March 10th to talk about her People Over Profits platform and learn why she is the best suited candidate to represent Illinois in the U.S. Senate.

This event will be held at the Music Box in downtown Rockford.
